YWCA Mohawk Valley will host Anna Sofer, owner of She Fancy Boards, to lead a charcuterie class on Thursday, September 28 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Brimfield Winery in Clinton.

Participants will take home their own personal charcuterie board, knowledge of cheese and wine pairings, and a new skill to impress friends and family! Cost of the class is $85 and includes a tasting from Brimfield Winery and all proceeds will benefit the many life-saving programs of YWCA MV.

We’re looking forward to our first SHEcuterie Night with you! It’s sure to be a gouda one.
