Save the date: SHEcuterie Night #2 will be Wednesday, November 8!

YWCA Mohawk Valley will host Anna Sofer, owner of She Fancy Boards, to lead a charcuterie class on Thursday, September 28 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Woodland Farm Brewery in Utica.

Participants will take home their own personal charcuterie board and a new skill to impress friends and family! Cost of the class is $85 and includes a tasting from Woodland Farm Brewery. The board for this class will feature some Thanksgiving inspired bites and attendance includes a beer tasting, which can be substituted for one glass of wine, hard cider, or non-alcoholic beverage.

All proceeds will benefit the many life-saving programs of YWCA MV.
