Sexual Harassment 101:
This interactive workshop for employees covers New York State’s mandated sexual harassment training requirements. It includes examples of unlawful harassment by industry and takes a holistic approach to creating an inclusive workplace environment that is free from sexual harassment. In addition to NYS mandates, it includes strategies aimed at recognizing and preventing sexual harassment through bystander intervention and creating a healthy workplace environment.
Sexual Harassment 102:
This special workshop for managers and supervisors combines the Sexual Harassment 101 with creation of a sexual harassment policy and reporting protocol. Attendees leave with policy in-hand.
Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Request Form
Please use this form to request Sexual Harassment in the Workplace training. Program satisfies state-mandated education requirements. Certification must be renewed every year.
This course provides basic knowledge of the various forms of domestic and workplace violence. Domestic Violence and the workplace workshop provide information about the signs, impacts, and behaviors that an individual may exhibit if they are experiencing this type of violence. By the end of this workshop the employees will have a better understanding of what this type of violence may look like and how to seek help for themselves or others.
