K-12 Programming
The following programs have been designed specifically for pre-kindergarten through grade 12 audiences. They can be customized for each school district and age group.
Erin’s Law in New York State requires public schools to teach child sexual abuse and exploitation prevention classes to students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

Available Programming
This curriculum features scripted facilitation guides, worksheets, and a well-researched way to introduce high school students to bystander concepts. Concepts include recognizing bystander opportunities and increasing willingness to intervene safely.
Recommended for grades 9 – 12 | seven 40-minute sessions | limit 30 students per session
This early interventive program educates students on bullying. It teaches students how to recognize signs of bullying, how to respond as well as get help if they are targets of bullying, and how to become effective upstanders to bullying.
Recommended for grades 6 – 9 | 40 – 60 minute session | limit 30 students per session
The Girls Circle integrates relational theory, resiliency practices, and skills training in a format designed to increase positive connection, personal and collective strengths, and competence in girls. Girls share experiences that are helpful to one another in a safe, creative environment while exploring age-appropriate themes and activities covering a range of topics.

This program is divided into three sections, each built specifically for a designated age group. The Healthy Relationship Project meets the criteria for New York State’s Erin’s Law requirement.

The SAFE-T Program (Sexual Abuse Free Environment for Teens):

This program gives students the life skill tools necessary to recognize the way certain modern dating phenomena have impacted their emotional socialization. While helping students recognize the socio-psychological impacts of modern dating, they build self-confidence in order to stop destructive dating patterns before they occur.

One Circle transforms lives through inclusive program models that promote resiliency and healthy relationships in children, adolescents, families, and adults. Available programs include PRIDE and Mitigating Gender and Racial Bias.
PRIDE: Recommended for grades 7 – 12 | 10 sessions | limit 30 students per session
Mitigating Gender & Racial Bias: adults & teens | 8 sessions | limit 30 participants per session
One Love: Behind the Post
This lesson plan is designed to support the social and emotional development of students, specifically addressing self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making.
Recommended for grades 9 – 12 | 40-minute session | limit 30 students per session
One Love: Because I Love You
This lesson plan focuses on how the phrase “Because I Love You” can be very manipulating in an abusive relationship. It identifies controlling statements and other unhealthy relationship behaviors.

One Love: Love Labyrinth
This lesson focuses on how feeling trapped in the Love Labyrinth is a very real and very frightening symptom of relationship abuse. Even the tiniest of behaviors from a partner can impact your self esteem, independence, and ability to recognize the healthy relationship you deserve.

One Love: Couplets
This lesson consists of eight short clips that show both the healthy and unhealthy versions of a situation.
Recommended for grades 6 – 8 | 40-minute session | limit 30 students per session
One Love: Escalation
This lesson educates students on the warning signs of an abusive relationship. It provides a framework for identifying the warning signs and the tools to help a friend who may be in an abusive situation.
Recommended for grades 11 & 12 ONLY | three 40-minute sessions | limit 30 students per session
This program educates students regarding the various aspects of sexting. It teaches students about the potential consequences of sexting and explores the interconnections of sexting and relationship violence.
Recommended for grades 6 – 9 | 40 – 60 minute session | limit 30 students per session
Lessons on relationships for students in middle school. This program is an evidence-based, multi-level prevention program discussing sexual harassment and precursors to dating violence.
Recommended for grades 6 & 7 | 4 weeks for 6th grade program, 6 weeks for 7th grade program | limit 30 students per session
AMEND Together is a primary prevention initiative dedicated to ending violence against women and girls by engaging men and boys to change the culture that supports violence.
